Pilates Classes
What should I bring?
Comfortable clothing, a towel, and a water bottle. For Reformer Pilates, I recommend wearing non-slip socks.
Do I need any previous experience?
No, our classes are suitable for all levels – from beginners to advanced.
How often should I attend classes?
For best results, we recommend training at least two to three times per week.
Are the classes also available online?
Yes, we offer live online classes so you can join from anywhere.

Booking
How do I book a class?
Use our online booking system or give us a call. All details can be found on our website under “Schedule”.
Can I try a class first?
Yes, we offer trial sessions. Contact us for more information and to book your spot.
What happens if I miss a class?
Please let us know as early as possible. Depending on your membership or pass, you may be able to make up for the missed session.

What payment methods does The Core Club accept?
The Core Club accepts all major payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal.
Are there discounts for long-term memberships?
Yes, we offer various subscription options that are more affordable than single sessions.
Health insurance support
We are certified by the Swiss quality label Fitness-Guide and are a member of the BGB – Swiss Professional Association for Health and Exercise.

We also hold several international certifications from BASI® Pilates – Body Arts and Science International, including the CTTC – Comprehensive Teacher Training Course.
Thanks to these credentials, our classes are eligible for support from many health insurance providers.

Yes, we offer dedicated prenatal and postnatal Pilates classes tailored to the needs of expecting and new mothers.

What are the benefits of postnatal Pilates after giving birth?
These classes help you regain strength after delivery, rebuild your pelvic floor, and gently restore your overall fitness.

Directions & Location
On foot or by train:
The Feldmeilen-Herrliberg train station is just a 5-minute walk away – with a lovely view of the lake along the way.
By bus:
The nearest bus stop is Herrliberg, Schulhaus, also just a few minutes from the studio.
By car:
Parking is available directly in front of the studio.
Please note that spaces are limited – we recommend arriving a few minutes early.
